Self-loading and unloading vessels to handle powder cargoes such as cement

Parts of pipeline, piping closures and panels are supplied to giant ships that are carrying mainly cement. There is an emphasis on the perfect condition of joints that are undergoing difficult tests. Pipe closures are among piece production or small-series production where it is necessary to adapt to the customer’s requirements. By contrast, panels are custom manufacturing. This shows the varied possibilities of our production, where we are able to work on a special order as well as custom-made more demanding projects.

Breaking pipes

These pipes are used to change the flow of bulk material and is made by forming and welding a steel material S235 with a thickness from 6 mm to 25 mm.

Slide valve gate with manual control

This product is created as a welded frame assembly from steel sheets, slide gate, control screw and sealing system. We manufactured this kind of assembly in a large range of size in terms of connection dimensions of the flange and the size of the stroke.

This assembly is fastened in bulk material route by screw connections. The control of slide valve gate is done through the wheel with handle, by handle itself or by sprocket, etc. The position of the valve is signalized by indicator or by electric sensors.

Switcher of channels in conveying route of bulk material

The component is manufactured in different designs based on midship of conveying route and the amount of bulk material been distributed through the system. The switcher is made as a weldment of shaped and bent steel sheets, steel components and complementary materials.

The switcher is made as a pressure air conveyor. Inside this switcher there is a rotary clap rectifying granulate which is control by hand lever with detent.

Connection of conveyor route is done through the standardized flange.

Fitting with hopper and inspection opening

This component serves as a dosing hopper for a pressure valve for distributing bulk materials. This product is manufactured as a weldment of shaped and bent steel sheets and standardized pipe.

The product is fitted with flanges and control hole with sealing. This component is manufactured in different shapes and designs including adding another inlet.
